Limerick.ie – the main portal for everything in Limerick – was originally built using Drupal 7, but fine-tuned, finessed, and finished by Annertech using Drupal 8.

We partnered with the Limerick City & County Council web team to redevelop the website using Drupal 8 featuring a new responsive design and migration of all existing content.

Limerick Responsive Website

What we did:

  • Complete redevelopment of the website using Drupal 8
  • Implemented a new responsive design and completely rebuilding functionality to satisfy both the users' and the stakeholders' needs
  • Making content editors' workflow as effortless as possible, allowing them to create rich and meaningful content with ease
  • Mapping and migration of content from the old to the new website
  • Implemented filters, natural language forms, advanced search and more informative labelling to give a better experience and content discovery
  • A "My Limerick" login facility to access Council services

[Annertech] Employees are driven by a genuine desire to understand the problem at hand and to identify and execute the best solution for the both the current context and for future issues that might arise.
