Welcome Client Success Manager Josh Chamberlain

At Annertech, our clients’ success is our top priority. And, as we head into 2026, we are thrilled to strengthen our Managed Services team by welcoming Josh Chamberlain as our new Client Success Manager.

Josh joins us with over 15 years of experience in the digital space, a passion for problem-solving and a track record of managing hundreds of websites. 

A career built on connection

Josh is no stranger to the fast-paced world of web agencies. Over the last 15 years, his career has evolved from SEO and digital marketing into dedicated account management and project management. For the past six years he has focused exclusively on client success.

“I’ve probably worked with at least 200 sites over the years," Josh says. "It’s been an eclectic mix – everything from service-based sites to complex e-commerce platforms. But my goal has always been the same: making clients' lives easier wherever I can.”

Although Josh has worked with an impressive array of platforms, including Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress and Magento, Annertech marks his first deep dive into the world of Drupal.

From the Mediterranean to the Midlands

He originally hails from the charming village of Cosby in Leicestershire, but Josh’s career has taken him further afield. Early in his journey, he spent time living and working in Malta for a web agency servicing UK clients.

“I did it for the experience,“ Josh explains. 

“Malta is a beautiful place, but I eventually learned that living there is quite different from holidaying there! I returned to the UK to continue my career closer to home.“ 

Today, Josh is back in Cosby, where he enjoys a quieter pace of life when he isn't helping clients navigate their digital roadmaps.

Life outside the ‘office’

For Josh, time away from his screen involves a mix of staying active and unwinding with some classic entertainment.

Josh is an avid swimmer, and you’ll find him at a nearby indoor pool in winter and any outdoor swimming pool in summer.

When it’s time to relax, he’s usually found with a Nintendo Switch in hand. 

“I’m a big fan of the Zelda series. To me, they’re basically just massive open-world puzzle games, which is exactly the kind of challenge I enjoy.“ 

In addition to his love for swimming and gaming, Josh has recently taken up the delicate art of crafting plant terrariums. 

He keeps a variety of these miniature ecosystems, and experiments with different plant combinations and vessel sizes. While it’s a peaceful way to unwind, Josh is the first to admit that, much like web development, it’s a process of trial and error.

“I’ve started making little terrariums lately, and they’re the perfect size for a window ledge,” Josh shares. “I love experimenting with a mix of different plants, though I haven’t quite perfected my skills yet… A few haven't made it, but that's all part of the learning curve!”

Although he doesn’t have a dog of his own just yet, he is the go-to dog sitter for his family, spending much of his free time looking after various four-legged friends.

What’s next at Annertech?

As Client Success Manager, Josh will be working within our Managed Services team alongside Ilana Doubell and Karen Leech. His role is pivotal in bridging the gap between project delivery and long-term client care.

“I’m really looking forward to the variety of clients at Annertech, particularly working more within the public sector,“ says Josh. 

“Joining a structured, talented team spread across Europe is exciting. There are so many interesting people and backgrounds here, and I can’t wait to get stuck into the Drupal community.“
