We are thrilled to announce that Annertech has been named as a supplier on the UK’s Crown Commercial Service’s Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS 7) framework.

This appointment marks a significant milestone in our continued expansion into the UK market, allowing us to bring our award-winning digital strategy, user-centred design and open-source expertise to even more public sector organisations.

What is the DOS 7 framework?

The Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 framework is a dynamic commercial agreement designed by the Crown Commercial Service to help the public sector find and hire digital specialists.

DOS 7 is specifically built for bespoke digital projects. It enables central government, local authorities, health services and education bodies to procure agile development services that meet the Government’s Service Standard.

Annertech will be available on the Digital Marketplace in the following “lots”:

  • Digital Outcomes: Providing full teams to deliver specific, outcome-based projects (such as discovery phases, alpha/beta development, or accessibility audits).
  • Digital Specialists: Providing individual experts, from developers to delivery managers, to join existing public sector teams.

Why this matters

For our clients, this means the procurement process is faster, simpler and more transparent.

The framework reinforces Annertech’s position as a leader in LocalGov Drupal and public sector digital transformation. Having already been accepted on the G-Cloud 14 and DOS 6 frameworks, our inclusion on DOS 7 provides a comprehensive “one-stop shop” for UK public bodies to access our services.

The Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.

In 2024/25, the Crown Commercial Service helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Annertech’s Managing Director, Stella Power, sees this as a vital step in our mission to build a more inclusive digital world.

Being appointed to the DOS 7 framework is a proud moment for the entire team. It validates the high standard of work we’ve been delivering across the UK and Ireland and makes it easier than ever for public sector bodies to work with us to solve complex digital challenges.

Looking ahead

“We believe that when the public sector works together, digital transformation can genuinely simplify life for citizens. We are excited to leverage our experience in agile delivery and open-source innovation to help UK organisations build digital services that are accessible, sustainable and centred on people,” says Stella.

Whether you represent a council looking to migrate to LocalGov Drupal, a central government department needing a specialist discovery phase, or need a digital solution to a complex problem, we are here to help.
